| The rail project will not only create jobs during rebuilding, it will “pass the main test” of the stimulus package – namely that it will further stimulate the economy through the regeneration of downtown areas, creating jobs through residential and commercial real estate development, and new business opportunities for businesses. Many parts of it are “shovel-ready” and can be started tomorrow. | ||
